 In December our wine list expanded its selections. In addition to our selection of wines by the glass and standard size bottle list, we have introduced a half bottle selection, a selection of dessert wines and a "Special Wine Feature" that will change regularly. Check out the complete new expanded wine list on our Wine List page. We are very proud to announce that Wine Spectator Magazine  has chosen Kelly's for their Award of Excellence for 2007, 2008, and 2009. Great job, Jean. November's issue of State College Magazine recognized Kelly's for the fifth straight year as the Best Steak Restaurant in the Centre Region. We were recognized for the third straight year as The Best Seafood Restaurant in the Centre Region. For the second time in three years we were voted the Best Hamburger in the area and were also recognized as the Best Family Dining Restaurant. Four Awards, Wow !! Thank you one and all for your faithful patronage.

Jamuary 1st through January 14th

Starter

Smoked Chicken and Artichoke Torpedo Rolls 

Smoked chicken, artichoke, corn, and cheddar filled wraps, fried crisp and served with a spicy red pepper sauce.

Field Greens with Chevre and Pancetta

Baby springs greens tossed with a creamy balsamic vinaigrette, sweet red onion, tart dried cherries, and sharp chevre. Topped with a crisp pancetta disk.

Entrees

Thai Chicken Sandwich

A large chicken breast is marinated in soy sauce, chili garlic, and fresh lime juice, grilled and served on an onion Kaiser with a Thai sweet chili mayonnaise, julienned basil, lettuce and tomato. Comes with your choice of fries, slaw, or baked beans.

Kobe Flank Steak

A large 10 oz. Kobe flank steak is marinated in Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, garlic, ginger, and bourbon. Grilled to your liking and served with a rich bourbon Demi glaze, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. 

Macadamia and Lemongrass Crusted Mahi Mahi

Fresh Hawaiian Mahi Mahi filet encrusted with Macadamia nuts and a lemongrass pesto. Flash seared, and served over ginger-jasmine rice with a coconut infused cream and chili-basil oil.

Seared Chicken with Pacific Rim Vegetables

A large 10 oz. skin-on Airline chicken breast is lightly seasoned and pan seared with bok choy, peppers, shiitaki mushrooms, and Nappa cabbage in a soy-pickled ginger glaze.

A large well seasoned chicken breast is grilled and topped with fresh smoked mozzarella cheese, arugula, basil, and an Italian BBQ sauce. Comes with your choice of fries, slaw, or baked beans.

Seared Mahi Mahi with Onolicious Marinade

Fresh Hawaiian Mahi Mahi filet is marinated in a Japanese soy-curry sauce and flash seared. Topped with buerre blanc, banana chutney, and toasted macadamia nuts. Served over ginger-jasmine rice.

Baked Chicken Dijon

A large chicken breast is marinated in Dijon mustard sauce, coated with Japanese bread crumbs and parmesan. Oven baked golden brown and served with a Dijon-mayonnaise sauce.
