Chef Kelly's Dinner Specials Jamuary 1st through January 14th Starter Smoked Chicken and Artichoke Torpedo Rolls Smoked chicken, artichoke, corn, and cheddar filled wraps, fried crisp and served with a spicy red pepper sauce. Field Greens with Chevre and Pancetta Baby springs greens tossed with a creamy balsamic vinaigrette, sweet red onion, tart dried cherries, and sharp chevre. Topped with a crisp pancetta disk. Entrees Thai Chicken Sandwich A large chicken breast is marinated in soy sauce, chili garlic, and fresh lime juice, grilled and served on an onion Kaiser with a Thai sweet chili mayonnaise, julienned basil, lettuce and tomato. Comes with your choice of fries, slaw, or baked beans. Kobe Flank Steak A large 10 oz. Kobe flank steak is marinated in Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, garlic, ginger, and bourbon.
